You start at level 80 in mall there you can buy Tier 8,weps,rings,neckles,trinkets,wrist,waist,boots,gloves mm!
Trainers is in mall.
You have to quest/kill to get level 85.
For every vote you get 1 level.

Rate.Drop.Money = 15
Rate.XP.Kill = 20
Rate.XP.Quest = 50
Rate.XP.Explore = 5
Rate.Honor = 5
